1. Services
Active Pre-Press provides pre-press services including but not limited to colour separation, plate making, artwork preparation, digital proofing, and colour management. The scope of work is agreed upon prior to commencement of each project.
2. Artwork & Files
Clients are responsible for supplying print-ready or source artwork files. Active Pre-Press will perform a preflight check and advise on any issues. We accept no liability for errors arising from incorrect or incomplete files supplied by the client.
3. Proofing & Approval
A digital or contract proof will be provided for client approval where applicable. Active Pre-Press is not liable for colour or layout variations that differ from an approved proof due to press or substrate conditions outside our control.
4. Turnaround Time
Estimated turnaround times are provided in good faith. Delays caused by file issues, client response times, or circumstances beyond our control do not constitute a breach of contract.
5. Payment
Payment terms are as agreed at the time of order. Invoices are raised in accordance with GST regulations (GSTIN: 24AAWFA8143L1ZX). Overdue invoices may attract interest as per applicable laws.
6. Intellectual Property
Clients retain ownership of their supplied artwork. Active Pre-Press does not reproduce, distribute, or use client artwork for any purpose other than fulfilling the contracted job.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability in any dispute shall not exceed the value of the specific job in question. We are not liable for consequential or indirect losses arising from delays or errors.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and the jurisdiction of courts in Rajkot, Gujarat.
